Are the rights to these photos managed?
Yes.  All photos in our database are RIGHTS MANAGED.  For the client, this means that once you obtain a license to a photo here, you own the rights to that image for the intended use and duration that you specify and cannot be used by anybody else for any other purpose while under license to you.  This is especially important for photos used in the advertising of your products or services. 

What format are the photos in?
All Stock Image Database photos are in JPG format.  All images are saved at the highest quality level (minimal compression) using Photoshop.  All images are at least 300dpi, unless otherwise noted.  If you have other requirements, please contact us and we can work specific to your needs.

Are photos properly released by models or property owners?
Yes.  All photographers contributing photos to our database must have a valid model release for any recognizable people depicted in the photo.  The releases must conform to the requirements of Stock Image Database.  Property releases are required in any photo displaying recognizable and privately owned property.

How is the licensing structured?

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.  Our photographers are constantly shooting specific to your stock needs.

Can I submit photos to this database?
If you are a photographer, please feel free to contact us to discuss how you may become a contributor to our database.  All photos depicting persons or privately owned (and identifiable) locations or product must have valid model or property releases in place.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Stock Image Database photos that I download?
Yes. While Stock Image Database offers great freedom and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass-distributed in any type of archive format.  The photos that you purchase are for use specific to your need and not for redistribution or resale.  Further, the license granted is specific to the use you specify.  We do not allow images to be used in a sexual or otherwise offensive manner.
