Additionally, we welcome photographers who work around talent, and voice over artists, singers, filmmakers, and other entertainment industry professionals AND ASPIRING PROFESSIONALS to take part here. The site is costly to maintain, however, in both time and physical expenses. We shall always maintain the site free of charge with no costs, but do ask that if you find value for yourself here that you consider a small donation to go into the budget for operating expenses.     		• HISTORY OF THE FORUM SITE:
    The Texas Models & Talent Forum was founded originally as three separate sites/message boards back in the late 1990's. Later, they were combined into this new format and have been active ever since. Though sponsored by a licensed model and talent agency, this site welcomes anyone, regardless of their agency or non-agency affiliation. The strengths of the site are the close-knit style of online community that provides for networking, questions/advice, casting notices, and the Free Group Shoots, events which we pioneered in Texas. The Free Group Shoots began in 2002 and have been conducted almost every month ever since. Through independent castings announced on this site, models and actors have secured work in many large scale productions or print. In addition, through the sponsoring agency, talent here have appeared in print or productions for companies such as Nike, Dell Computers, Disney Television, T-Mobile, Turner Broadcasting, Liz Clayborne, Vogue, Walgreen's, Pizza Hut, NBC Television, Heineken, and many, many more. In addition, members of this site regularly take part in high profile charity fund raising and fashion show events.
